Delivery and Refund Policy

Shipping and delivery policy

You need to be there at the delivery address to collect your lunchbox(es). In case you are not available, you need to keep us informed about where and to whom we can deliver the lunchbox(es) atleast 24 hours in advance. Any last minute changes will be considered based on feasibility but will be at the sole discretion of Maghi's Cookery Pvt. Ltd. If in case your delivery address is your work place, and if we are denied entry permission, you need to give us an acknowledgement to deliver it to the security or you are to make arrangements to enable us to deliver the lunchbox(es) to you.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, We do not exercise any returns, i.e. we would not take back the lunch box delivered under any circumstance.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not exercise any refunds either. We provide a compensatory meal for any damage in the packaging or an overseen quality in our ingredients. However any compensatory meal will be the sole discretion of Maghi's Cookery Pvt. Ltd.

Cancellation Policy

Pre order: In case of Breakfast and Lunch:You can cancel any future orders before 6 P.M. on any working day by phone or email. In case of Dinner:You can cancel any future orders before 12 P.M. on any working day by phone or email.

45 minutes delivery: Unfortunately, we do not exercise cancellations. We provide a compensatory meal for any damage in the packaging or an overseen quality in our ingredients. However any compensatory meal will at the sole discretion of Maghi's Cookery Pvt. Ltd.
